Job summary

CruiTek, LLC in Sarasota, FL is seeking a hands-on Mechanical / Product Design Engineer to design, validate, and manufacture thermal cooling products for marine environments. You will create 3D models and drawings, work with production and quality teams, and support DFM/DFMA initiatives to improve manufacturability, cost, and reliability on harsh-saltwater systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in mechanical/product engineering with thermal products.
• Experience creating 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and change docs.
• SolidWorks or Inventor experience; GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with marine cooling or harsh environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, revise, and maintain mechanical product models and drawings.
• Support product development from concept through production.
• Improve manufacturability, cost, quality, and throughput.
• Assist with prototypes, testing, validation, and production launches.
• Apply DFx principles and support tooling and fixtures.
