Woodstream, a leading pest and animal control platform, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II at its Lancaster, PA facility. The role focuses on mechanical design projects, prototype development, and manufacturing readiness to improve performance and reduce costs.

The position requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 3–7 years of design experience, and hands-on machining skills. SolidWorks expertise and plastics design experience are highly desirable.

• 3-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering design.
• Experience designing mechanical components and products.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost considerations.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and refine mechanical components for products.
• Oversee prototype development and testing to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with sourcing to select materials and finalize manufacturing specs.
• Provide technical support during production and drive cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct DFMEA and patent assessments where applicable.
• Benchmark competitors and research new technologies for ESG goals.
