Job summary

Millwood, Inc., a leading provider of pallets, unit load technology, and material handling solutions, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, test, and improve equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment.

This in-person Vienna, OH role collaborates with engineering, operations, and suppliers to develop reliable designs, create drawings, and support maintenance and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• PE licensure or EIT certification may be preferred depending on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, evaluate, and support mechanical products, equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Create, review, and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment and processes.
• Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
• Investigate failures and identify root causes to develop corrective actions.
