Job summary

You will conduct DFMEA, assess patent opportunities, and explore new technologies while supporting cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and ESG goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in mechanical design and new product development.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
• Prior experience in plastics part design is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and refinement of mechanical components and prototypes.
• Collaborate with sourcing and manufacturing to finalize specs and support production.
• Perform DFMEA, patent assessments, and technology benchmarking to drive innovation.
