Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for an on-site role in Miami, Florida. You will design and develop mechanical products from concept through to production, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

You will work with R&D, manufacturing and production teams, create detailed 3D models, test prototypes and optimise designs for manufacturability. Relocation to South Miami or commuting is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D design, product development or mechanical systems.
• Commutable to South Miami or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative mechanical products from concept through to production.
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Work closely with the R&D team on new product development projects.
• Develop and test prototypes, validating designs before manufacture.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimize designs for manufacture.
