Qualifications

• Strong 3D CAD experience and hands-on experience designing mechanical components for manufacture.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, validation, and integrating mechanical systems into real-world products.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of critical mechanical assemblies, including actuators, enclosures, and production hardware.
• Design, prototype, test, and validate complex mechanical systems using Fusion 360 and hands-on development tools.
• Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) decisions across multiple manufacturing processes.
• Clear progression opportunities as the company scales, with the potential to move into technical leadership or management roles.
