Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a market-leading manufacturer in Florida. You will take products from concept through to production, gaining specialist training and progression into senior roles.

Based on site in Hialeah, commutable from Doral, Miami Lakes, Miramar and surrounding areas, you will design, prototype and test mechanical systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing to optimize designs for manufacture.

Qualifications

• Design and develop mechanical products from concept to production.
• Experience with 3D design and product development.
• Ability to validate designs through prototyping and testing.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and design for manufacture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative mechanical products from concept through to production.
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Work closely with the R&D team on new product development projects.
• Develop and test prototypes, validating designs before manufacture.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to optimize designs for manufacture.

Site Based role in Hialeah commutable from Doral, Miami Lakes, Miramar, Miami Gardens, North Miami

The Role:

The Person:

• Manufacturing hands-on engineering experience
• Experience using SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
• Experience with 3D design, product development or mechanical systems
• Commutable to Miami or willing to relocate
