Qualifications:

• A BSME (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering) degree is required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a mechanical engineering or related role is desired.
• Project Management experience is required.
• Hydraulic system design experience is preferred.
• Experience with industrial equipment, rotating machinery, or power systems is highly desired.
• A Professional Engineering license is highly desired.
• Experience with machine design, including structural design, assemblies, subassemblies, weldments, and components is required.
• Experience in generating, maintaining, and updating product Bills of Materials is desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is a plus.

Areas of Focus:

• Designing high-pressure water pump skids and trailers, ranging from 60 to 1,000 HP. These systems are powered by electric motors or diesel engines and include mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components.
• Project management of customer orders, including creating, updating, and maintaining Bills of Materials, and close collaboration with Operations and Service teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Supporting the integration of hydraulic and mechanical components into complete pump systems.
• Product and component redesign for quality improvement, performance optimization, or cost reduction.

• Product maintenance/sustaining work related to obsolescence, cost reduction, and error correction.
