Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Review and research technical requirements for repair processes, procedures, and techniques.
• Ensure repair activities comply with applicable technical and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce turnaround time and improve first-pass yield.
• Update technical publications, repair documentation, and engineering procedures.
• Develop and maintain overhaul repair instructions and technical inspection instructions.
• Prepare documentation for repair processes, procedures, and approved technical changes.
• Evaluate materials, tools, and equipment used in repair and overhaul activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers performing repair and overhaul work.

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support a yield improvement project involving aircraft engine control components. This role focuses on improving repair processes, reducing turnaround time, increasing repair quality, and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background and experience in aerospace repair, component overhaul, manufacturing process improvement, or technical procedure development.

• Ensure repair activities comply with applicable technical and regulatory requirements.

• Update technical publications, repair documentation, and engineering procedures.

• Familiarity with technical publications, inspection instructions, and regulatory compliance.
