Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in aerospace engineering, manufacturing, component repair, or overhaul processes.
• Ability to review and develop technical procedures and engineering documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review and research technical requirements for repair processes, procedures, and techniques.
• Ensure repair activities comply with applicable technical and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce turnaround time and improve first-pass yield.
• Update technical publications, repair documentation, and engineering procedures.
• Develop and maintain overhaul repair instructions and technical inspection instructions.
• Prepare documentation for repair processes, procedures, and approved technical changes.
• Evaluate materials, tools, and equipment used in repair and overhaul activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers performing repair and overhaul work.
