Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design basic to moderate components using Creo, participate in multi-disciplinary product development, and drive design reviews.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop system readiness, and support manufacturing validation. A bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and 1–5 years’ experience are preferred; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of industry experience.
• Must have design experience with Creo.
• Hands-on mechanical experience and/or farming background.
• Heavy Equipment/mining industry experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Create designs of basic to moderate complexity from reference parts/assemblies in Creo 3D modeling software.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the product.
• Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with different teams.
• Prepare and present design reviews.
• Conduct system readiness summaries.
• Provide guidance to machine configuration for testing/validation.
