Responsibilities

• Develop and apply engineering principles to improve process equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability and efficiency.

• Design new equipment or processes.
• Simulate and test equipment/processes to ensure they function as desired.
• Write reports detailing concepts, testing outcomes, and ongoing efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Train staff after implementing new processes or equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform root cause analysis.
• Support installation, start-up, modifications of manufacturing machinery.
