Job summary

Hermanson is seeking a Project Manager to support its Owner Direct Solutions located in Kent, WA. ODS coordinates not only Hermanson work but also subcontractors such as electrical, demo, insulation, TAB, controls, and structural to bring a project in successfully.

This on-site role requires 5+ years in mechanical construction with strong organizational and leadership skills. The annual base salary range is $95,000.00 - $140,000.00, with compensation varying by knowledge, skills, and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/mechanical construction.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Strong organization; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Desire to maintain superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with foremen, customers, engineers, and subs.
• Forecast workload for a rolling 12‑month period and manage budgets.
• Approve equipment and subcontractor selections and issue POs.
• Submit and manage change orders; update budgets and logs.
• Prepare monthly STAT/Financial Reports and cost forecasting.
• Ensure invoicing for equipment and subcontractors is received.
