We are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading design-build mechanical contractor in the Bay Area. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple mechanical construction projects while overseeing all phases of project execution, including:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Buyout and procurement
• RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Client and owner relationship management
• OAC meetings and project reporting
• Coordination with field operations, fabrication, VDC/BIM, and estimating teams
• Supporting projects from preconstruction through closeout and commissioning
