Job summary

Harris is seeking a Project Controls & Safety Coordinator to manage safety compliance, document control, scheduling, and procurement on complex field projects. You will oversee safety programs, RFIs, drawings, and closeout docs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing safety programs and conducting site inspections.
• Ability to review and organize contract documents and drawings.
• Familiarity with change orders, RFIs, and project closeout processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety compliance and foster a safety culture on site.
• Review, process, log and distribute contract documents and shop drawings.
• Draft, submit and track RFIs and responses; attend field meetings.
• Administer quality control program and progress drawings.
• Identify, price and negotiate change orders; support bid and turnover activities.
• Track labor, costs and cash flow; coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; support sales growth.
