Job summary

Harris is seeking a safety-conscious professional to lead safety compliance across diverse projects in the United States. This role oversees site walkthroughs, safety plans, audits, and toolbox talks while coordinating closely with the project team to maintain a culture of safety.

Additionally, the position involves document control, RFIs, and close coordination with subcontractors, fabricators, and vendors. A strong focus on schedule, cost management and field support is essential.

Qualifications

• Review and process project documents, logs and RFIs to support field teams.
• Coordinate field coordination meetings and distribute notes.
• Identify and price changes, and assist in scope/proposal development.
• Track labor, schedules, and cost status using project accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Safety Compliance and foster a culture of safety.
• Perform site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Ensure safety requirements, plans, audits, and toolbox talks are in place.
