Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction work-related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Vista Viewpoint, and Quotesoft Estimating Software is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support project managers in all aspects of mechanical construction project delivery.
• Oversee safety and productivity of field personnel and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Assist with project financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment.
• Manage change orders and maintain owner/client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and QA programs.
