Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service and/or hosting experience.
• Must be at least age 18.
• Fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Strong communication with guests and staff.
• Alcohol awareness certification as required by local or state law.
• Reading and writing used for ID checks and paperwork.
• Basic math skills for crowd management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
