Job summary

Xfinity Live! is seeking a Bull Operator to provide an energetic, outgoing personality while maintaining professionalism and delivering courteous guest service.

You will manage the mechanical bull, explain safety rules and waivers, and verify guest IDs to ensure age requirements are met. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or hosting experience, 18+ status with fluent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/hosting experience; prior mechanical equipment operation preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluent English required; other languages preferred.
• Strong communication skills used when interacting with guests, employees, supervisors, and security.
• Attention to detail with safety when working with guests and coworkers; ID verification.
• Alcohol awareness certification as required by local/state rules.
• Reading and writing used for ID verification and paperwork.
• Basic math skills for managing guests in a crowd.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform varied duties to ensure all steps of service.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Present and promote current promotions to guests.
• Familiarize yourself with the mechanical controls of the bull to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
• Ensure guests sign the establishment waiver and understand rules for riding the bull.
• Verify and scan guests’ identification to confirm minimum age requirements.
• Provide the waiver and explain rules; ensure guest signs it.
• Report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to a supervisor.
