Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mechanical BIM Technician in Tulsa to support mechanical documentation within a multi-discipline project team. You will draft, model in 3D, and maintain project files, with local travel for documenting existing conditions as needed.

Key duties include creating HVAC & Plumbing construction documents, reviewing guidelines, codes, and standards, and coordinating with project teams and contractors. Travel may be required for site visits and inspections.

Competenze

• Associates Degree in Drafting Technology or equivalent.
• 0–10 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing industry.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is required.

Mansioni

• Create HVAC & Plumbing construction documents with duct and pipe sizing, equipment layouts.
• Review design guidelines, local codes, and industry standards.
• Coordinate equipment installation with project manager, vendors and contractors.
