Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will assemble core components using hand and power tools, following precise work instructions to meet quality and customer specifications.

You will document transactions in the ERP system, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and collaborate on expedites and process improvements. This role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and team collaboration to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and tool familiarity.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components per work instructions using hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.
  • Build entry-level products to meet quality, quantity, and customer specs.
  • Communicate with teams on expedited orders and inventory records.
  • Maintain safe, organized work area and document ERP entries.
  • Support process improvements and safety practices.

As a Mechanical Assembly Specialist, you’ll rely on foundational product knowledge, a working grasp of production procedures, and confidence with common hand and power tools. This position rewards self-direction, focus, and a team-first mindset.A day in the lifeYou start your shift reviewing work instructions, organizing components, and selecting the right tools. You build core assemblies to precise specifications, flag any issues that could slow down expedited orders, and document your work in the ERP system to keep operations accurate and moving. Throughout the day, you help sustain a safe, orderly environment and contribute ideas that make the process better for everyone.
