Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an assembly-type role with regular use of hand and power tools.
• 1–2 years of experience reading and working from blueprints.
• 3+ years of experience in a mechanical role in manufacturing, construction, or similar hands-on mechanical environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of window units and related components in sub-assembly and general assembly areas.
• Install metal brackets, fasteners, clips, and other hardware using hand and power tools.
• Apply caulking to seal window units and verify quality of seals.
• Read and interpret blueprints and measurements to ensure correct assembly.
• Meet daily production goals and support cross-functional teams across assembly lines.
