Salary Range

What You Will Do

• Use common hand tools, calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, etc.
• Perform assembly operations for components and assemble parts to completion.
• Prepare assemblies for in-process and final testing inspections.
• Participate in safety and training meetings.
• Utilize operational route sheets.
• Follow manufacturing route sheet instructions & drawing requirements.
• Use knowledge of safety and environmental rules.
• Follow PPE requirements.
• Work within a team and independently.

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in CCA builds/rework, cable harnesses, or soldering using drawings and microscopes.
• Experience working in a clean room or laboratory and working with chemicals.
• 3+ years of experience working within electro‑mechanical or mechanical assembly.
• Experience using a resistance spot welder.
• Certificates including soldering, J Standard, or Assembler Certifications.
