Systems, LLC., an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is hiring an Electrical Assembler in Germantown, WI. You will perform skilled wiring and assembly of parts and sub-assemblies, inspect quality, and document production logs while following safety guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing/electrical assembly, the ability to lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb, and proficiency with reading schematics. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.$ 2,000 sign-on bonus when you join our team!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform skilled fitting and/or electrical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipmentPerform in-depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standardsDo aligning, adjusting, and required secondary machiningWork from wiring schematics, point-to-point wiring drawings, mechanical drawings, specifications and shop ordersUse required precision measuring instruments and gauging devicesPerform skilled electrical wiring assemblies including electrical componentsIdentify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnelKeep accurate production records/logs etc.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Minimum Qualifications:No minimum education required3+ year of experience in a manufacturing and electrical assembly environment or can demonstrate sufficient competence in areaIntermediate understanding of mechanical concepts/mechanical aptitudeIntermediate understanding of electrical concepts/electrical aptitudeWorking knowledge of electrical systemsAble to read and write in EnglishAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and sit upAbility to use hand to finger, handle, or feelAbility to climb or balanceThe pay range for this position is $20.91 - $32.52/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
