RTX is seeking an onsite assembler in Wilson, NC for first shift. You will learn to set up, assemble, and load parts, read procedures, and follow work instructions to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality with no defects, maintaining a safe, clean work area, rotating across stations, and participating in audits and training to stay compliant with EH&S requirements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training acceptable.
• Ability to read procedures and follow instructions.
• Attention to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and load parts on the line.
• Read procedures and routing and follow work instructions.
• Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with EH&S.
• Rotate across workstations as business needs require.
