Job summary

Systems, LLC., an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is seeking an entry-level assembler for its Malvern, AR facility. The role involves simple fitting and mechanical assembly of parts using hand and power tools, along with crane and hoist operation to move sub-assemblies.

You will perform basic inspections, keep production records, and follow health and safety guidelines while contributing to a team that values accuracy, reliability, and quality.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to read tape measure and blueprints.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit; bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple fitting and mechanical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
• Operate cranes and hoists or lift tables.
• Perform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Identify product defects and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Keep accurate production records/logs, etc.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
