Job summary

Systems, LLC., an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer located in Germantown, Wisconsin. This production assembler role involves basic fitting and mechanical assembly of parts and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools, with opportunities to operate cranes and hoists as needed at our Germantown facility.

No prior experience is required and applicants must be able to read a tape measure, read blueprints, and perform required physical tasks including lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measure and blueprints.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
• Operate cranes and hoists or lift tables.
• Perform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Identify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnel.
• Keep accurate production records/logs etc.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.

Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
