You will work on shifts that fit the schedule, with a focus on dependable, consistent pay and hands-on training in basic assembly, material prep, inspection, and packaging.

• Basic assembly: perform simple, non-complex assembly of components (e.g., snapping, gluing, screwing, packaging) under direct supervision.
• Material preparation: count, sort, and organize materials and components, ensuring all necessary parts are available at the workstation.
• Inspection: perform basic visual inspections to ensure all parts are present and the assembly is complete before packaging.
• Packaging: assist with the final step of the process, including bagging, boxing, and labeling finished assembled products.
• Work readiness: quickly adapt to the requirements of various short-term mandates across different warehouse or assembly sites.
