Job summary

Randstad USA in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a full-time, on-site role (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You will read 3D models and drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies, and enclosures using hand tools, installing cables and ensuring quality through precise torque and inspection.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of mechanical assembly experience, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to stand and handle small hardware with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools, including wire crimpers.
• Able to stand, bend, squat, reach and handle small hardware with fine motor dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret 3D models and drawings to assemble frames, sub-assemblies and enclosures.
• Install flexibar and power cables to product designs.
• Apply torque specifications and inspect finished assemblies.
• Report issues to leadership.
