Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to assemble large-scale cooling systems for data centers at our Memphis site. You will follow work instructions, use rivet guns, torque wrenches, scanners, and lifting devices to build assemblies with attention to safety and quality.

Working with a collaborative production team, you will ensure parts are correctly handled, inspected, and documented, while supporting continuous improvement and 5S practices on the line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow visuals.
• Able to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic, standardized and repetitive assembly operations and labeling of components.
• Assemble units per customer specifications and coordinate with teammates.
• Utilize lifting devices and scanners to handle parts safely.
• Maintain progress reports and restock parts as required.
• Follow 5S and safety procedures; escalate issues as needed.
