Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, mechanical or electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to use hand tools, torque tools, measuring devices and assembly equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical products according to drawings and quality requirements.
• Install components including valves, fittings, hoses, tubing, brackets, fasteners, and electrical connections.
• Verify torque and installation accuracy per standards.
• Interpret BOMs and manufacturing docs to complete work.
• Perform functional checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and support 5S and safety initiatives.
