Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Mechanical Assembler III to assemble, integrate, and validate complex mechanical and electromechanical systems for large-scale cooling and infrastructure solutions. You will work in teams to build, install copper tubing, valves, and piping, following engineering drawings and safety standards.

Responsibilities include multi-person assembly, documentation, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Test teams to ensure system integrity and quality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, BOMs and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools and measuring equipment.
• Experience assembling large form-factor equipment and complex mechanical systems.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for long durations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate complex mechanical and electromechanical systems per drawings and BOMs.
• Install large form-factor equipment, frames, enclosures, and integrated cooling systems.
• Work in a team of 2-4 technicians to complete complex builds.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specifications throughout assembly.
• Maintain production records and manufacturing documentation.
