Qualifications

• Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine material and process requirements.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble modular steel cabinets and copper bus assemblies.
• Perform basic inspections and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and perform mechanical assembly tasks.
• Complete tasks such as framing, heavy assembly, and basic automotive-type maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and work orders, gather materials, and assemble switchgear cabinets from start to finish.
• Interpret instructions and inspect assemblies to ensure quality.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks including framing and machine building as needed.
• Utilize wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers for assembly work.
