Aerotek, Everett, WA, is seeking a Cabinet Assembler for an immediate, contract-to-hire role. The candidate will build cabinets and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools, following diagrams and blueprints, and will ensure quality and documentation are maintained.

This entry-level, onsite position runs 6:00AM–2:30PM, Mon–Fri, with a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour. Safety-conscious, reliable team players who can contribute to continuous improvements are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools used in cabinet assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams or blueprints.
• Good measuring skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets and sub-assemblies accurately using diagrams and instructions.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistent quality and productivity.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Interpret information to determine assembly steps and sequence.
• Complete production records for traceability.
• Measure components to verify fit and alignment.
• Lift and handle up to 30 lbs during assembly.
• Work in varied body positions to complete tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform warehouse packing or related duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
