Job summary

Aerotek in Lancaster, NY is seeking an Assembly Technician to support Lancaster and Cheektowaga locations. You will assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools, read blueprints, perform quality inspections, document production steps, and package finished goods for shipment.

The role is on-site with climate-controlled surroundings. We offer 1st or 2nd shift options, OT and weekend hours, and a starting pay of $24.40–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
