Job summary

Western New York Integrated Care Collaborative, Inc. is seeking assemblers for our production department in Lancaster, NY. This role involves light assembly with a great team and training provided.

Prior assembly line experience and hand‑tool use are preferred. A plus is experience with brazing, HVAC or electrical, and reliable attendance is required. We offer first shift hours, excellent benefits, PTO, and a positive working environment as part of a growing company expanding to Alden, NY.

We are looking for Assemblers for our Production Department. It is light assembly with a great team.

Experience on an assembly line and with hand tools. preferred. A plus but not necessary: experience with brazing, HVAC and/or electrical. Must be a team player, have a good work ethic and good attendance. We will train!
