Job Title: Mechanical Assembler/ Radiator/Circulator Operator

Location: McKinney, TX 75071

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $20 - 24/Hr.

Schedule: 2nd Shift – (Monday – Friday), 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Description:

This position is part of the Radiator/Circulator Operator team, focusing on manufacturing tasks related to radiator and circulator production. The candidate will work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals while ensuring the highest quality standards. The role will include using automated equipment, following detailed work instructions, and documenting non-conformances.

Responsibilities:

1. Setup shop orders and operate processing equipment
2. Perform manual assembly tasks and operate ovens
3. Use microscopes and other tools for inspection
4. Follow detailed written work instructions
5. Complete non-conformance documentation in FOS
6. Complete required annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

Requirements:

1. Experience in manufacturing, microelectronics, or related fields
2. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
3. Basic computer (MS Office) and math skills
4. Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
5. Attention to detail and manual dexterity
6. Ability to work with production resources to meet goals
7. Knowledge of 6 Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing
8. Experience working with diverse teams
9. Strong safety focus and positive attitude

Education & Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline. Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Training:

Classroom will be done on 1st shift (8am) and On-the-Job Training is completed during daytime hours before transitioning to the assigned shift, timeframe to be determined.
