Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a Mechanical Assembler for the 3rd shift in Missouri. You will assemble products on the production line using prints, wiring diagrams, and CAD models, while adhering to safety and quality standards to meet schedules.

The role requires reading blueprints, using power tools, and transporting materials with hoists and industrial trucks, with a base rate plus shift differential. Overtime is mandatory on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Production experience in a make-to-order assembly role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, wiring diagrams, assembly checks and CAD models in order to meet production specifications preferred.

• Ability to measure, cut, fit, and insulate water piping assembly.
• Reads blueprints work instructions, and wiring diagrams to build or modify units.
• Ensure completion of Quality and Production checklists/processes.
• Use computer to access and enter information including Windows based and CAD platforms. Keeps work area neat, clean and orderly.
• Operate overhead hoists, manual hand trucks, and powered industrial trucks when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Description

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for utilizing prints, work instructions and wiring diagrams in order to assemble product on the production line. This may include the use of power tools, hand tools, overhead hoists and fixtures to complete assembly and transport material to and from the work station. Mechanical Assemblers are responsible for adhering to all safety and quality requirements while meeting production schedule demands.

Hours: 10:00PM – 6:00AM Mon-Fri (Saturday Overtime Mandatory)

Base Pay: $25.59 With Differential $30.59/hour

Shift Differential: $5.00
