Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Wisconsin is seeking an electrically oriented assembler to assist in installation and testing of electrical components and systems. You will mount components, route cables, and wire terminations while reviewing drawings and cut sheets to ensure secure connections.

You will troubleshoot control panels, prepare parts for sub-assemblies, use power tools safely, and cooperate with the Production Lead to meet standard procedures, always following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
• Ability to reach over shoulders/head.
• Ability to bend at waist and knees.
• Ability to twist at shoulders/waist.
• Familiar with tools.

Responsibilities

• Mount electrical components, route cables and wire termination of components.
• Review electrical drawings, cut sheets, and termination sheets to ensure all electrical connections are secure and correctly installed.
• Troubleshoot control panels to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Identify and report issues or concerns with the assembly process to team lead/supervisor.
• Prepare parts for sub-assemblies and cut wires according to wiring diagrams and schematics provided.
• Use power tools accurately and safely.
• Partner with the Production Lead to meet standard operation procedures.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.

Position Description
