CFS Technologies is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler to join our team. You’ll work with Production, Quality, and Engineering to assemble, test, and finish automated hygiene systems, ensuring high quality and craftsmanship.

We value experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing assembly, attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings and schematics. Strong teamwork and reliability help you thrive in our focused, safety‑conscious shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or manufacturing assembly; experience preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Able to follow written instructions, drawings, and basic schematics.
• A team player who can also work independently.

We are looking for a hands-on individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you’ll work with our Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to assemble, test, and finish our automated hygiene systems while ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Job Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or manufacturing assembly; experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, crimpers, ratchets, and channel locks.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Able to follow written instructions, drawings, and basic schematics.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet production expectations.
• Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodation:
  • Frequently: Prolonged periods of standing and walking around a manufacturing shop.
  • Frequently: Prolonged periods of standing and sitting while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Frequently: Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to evaluate, install, and modify equipment with or without hand tools as directed.
  • Frequently: Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
  • Frequently: Stretch, squat, and reach to assemble equipment.
  • Frequently: Bend, lean, crouch, sit, and kneel to assemble equipment.
  • Frequently: Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at a time.
