Job summary

SMS group USA in Texas is seeking a mechanical assembler to join our hands-on fabrication team. You will assemble and disassemble components, document daily activities, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

You should have good mechanical skills, be comfortable using shop tools, read blueprints, and solve flow issues with little supervision. We offer competitive pay, benefits after 30 days, PTO, 401(k) with match, uniforms/PPE, training and tuition reimbursement.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Sustains focus to identify and solve flow issues with minimal supervision.

• Must be courteous and work well with others.
• Complete Maintenance Request Forms for items in work area in need of repair
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, upholding a world-class standard of housekeeping.
• Ability to work with a safety conscientious attitude and report any unsafe acts or area to members of management.
