Job summary

CFS Brands in Wisconsin is seeking a General Assembler for 1st shift to assemble metal, wood, and electrical components according to blueprints and diagrams. You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings. Pay starts at $19/hour with a progressive pay scale and quarterly bonuses. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble metal, stone, wood, and electrical parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  • Inspect assembled products for defects or deviations from quality standards and report issues to the quality team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly challenges and improve production processes.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Meet production and quality expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About The Role

The General Assembler is responsible for assembling metal, stone, wood, and electrical components according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specifications. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety.

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions

Education/Experience
