Job description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to assemble machine components and mechanical equipment using blueprints, drawings, and specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately fit, align, and assemble parts using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions. Assemble machine parts, components, subassemblies, and complete mechanical assemblies according to specifications. Identify parts and determine proper placement, orientation, and sequence of assembly. Install and secure components using bolts, screws, fasteners, brackets, bearings, shafts, gears, and other mechanical hardware. Use hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, torque wrenches, sockets, ratchets, grinders, and other assembly equipment. Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools as required. Align, fit, and adjust components to ensure proper operation. Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and workmanship. Troubleshoot basic fitment or assembly issues and make adjustments according to specifications. Follow established assembly procedures, quality standards, and production requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
