Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Mechanical / Electrical Assembler for a contract-to-hire role in BROKEN ARROW, OK. Starting pay is $19.55+/hr with 1st and 2nd shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM).

The position involves assembling electrical switchgear, wiring components, and meeting daily production goals in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable work history and strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical switchgear and power distribution equipment.
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
• Install and wire electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Complete panel wiring, crimping, routing, and termination of electrical connections.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards.

Mechanical / Electrical Assembler

Starting Pay:

$19.55+/hr

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Assemble electrical switchgear and power distribution equipment.
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
• Install and wire electrical components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience

• Electrical wiring or panel-building experience.
• Switchgear, control panel, or industrial equipment assembly experience.
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
