Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for Anaheim, CA to assemble transmitter units, test, and package products in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires reading mechanical drawings, performing electro-mechanical assembly, and following ESD safety procedures. Must be able to stand for long periods and work Monday–Friday on 1st shift. Salary is $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ESD handling practices.
• Familiarity with computer systems and manufacturing tools.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble transmitter units according to drawings and work instructions.
• Operate laser engraving equipment for product marking.
• Perform functional and Hi-Pot testing to ensure quality.
• Package and label finished products.
• Restock materials and maintain inventory organization.
• Follow ESD handling procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 6S/Lean practices.
• Rotate between workstations to support production flow.
• Report quality issues, material shortages, or equipment problems.

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging transmitter units that contain multiple electronic modules.
