Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in Tyrone, GA seeks a hands-on maintenance trainee to assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mobile and fixed equipment under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and learning troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Students or entry-level technicians will participate in structured on-the-job training to develop skills and competency, while contributing to preventive maintenance and equipment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
