Sunbelt Rentals in Duluth, GA is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, pumps and HVAC equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience; strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills; must be flexible in a fast-paced environment; bilingual may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment.
• Work with a variety of makes, models and equipment.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Possibly provide own mechanic’s tools as needed.
