Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience operating and repairing tractor (Class 8) and trailer (air brakes)
• Management or supervision experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with TMT/Transman is a plus
• Valid driver's license; CDL A preferred

Primary Duties and Expectations

• Manage daily shop activities
• Assign work schedules and workloads effectively
• Manage inventory accurately
• Troubleshoot repairs and determine cost-effective solutions
• Develop safe and efficient solutions to support growth
• Work in all weather conditions
• Train, coach, and supervise shop mechanics and parts support staff
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of safety equipment
