Job summary

Prime Auto Resources, Inc. is seeking a Wash & Vacuum Associate to maintain vehicle cleanliness prior to detail and auction. Responsibilities include cleaning the interior and exterior, as well as using detailing tools to ensure vehicles prepare for presentation.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Previous car wash or buffing experience helpful.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of vehicles by removing debris and trash.
• Wash vehicles using high-pressure washer and equipment.
• Vacuum interior and scrub, shampoo carpet and upholstery.

Skills

The Wash & Vacuum Associate cleans assigned vehicles prior to detail and auction.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Cleaning out the interior of vehicles by removing any debris and trash from ashtrays, console, dashboard, door panels, seats, as well as trunk and engine compartments.Removing license plates and stickers, and disassembling spare tires in trunk.Washing vehicles using a high-pressure washer and/or automatic car wash equipment.Cleaning doorjambs, sills, interior panels, wheels, tires, hub caps and/or wheel covers, wheel wells, moldings, bumpers, head and taillights, exterior panels, trunk, hood, and interior and exterior windows.Vacuuming interior, scrub, shampoo and spot clean carpet and upholstery.
