AutoNation is seeking a Fleet Specialist in Florida to proactively service assigned customer accounts and identify new opportunities for AutoNation services while ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will coordinate VIN lists, transportation, inspections, and sold reports, while building strong client relationships and promoting the AutoNation brand.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals; self-motivated and task oriented.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Experience with Auction Edge/ASI and AutoIMS auction systems a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete auction tasks such as contacting accounts for VIN lists, and coordinating transportation to the auction.
• Check inspections and ensure vehicle readiness; provide sold reports to clients and title department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts; promote AutoNation brand through professional communication.
• Address customer service issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to support account retention and growth.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure vehicles cross the auction block on sale day; re-run vehicles as needed.
• Make existing accounts aware of all services offered by the auction.
